In brief, performances in 2008 commenced from 11.30am Thursday and ran until late Sunday night with a 'Die-hards' breakfast on Monday morning.

Thursday 7/2/08: performances began at 11.30am with Kate Meehan & Skip Landy in the Centro Mall food court til 2.30pm followed by Matt Gresham (3.30pm to 6.30pm) before three more great acts performing at the Australian Blues Music 'Chain' Awards. Gates opened 7pm and performances run til approx. midnight.

Friday 8/2/08: performances began from 11.30am and ran til 2am.

Saturday 9/2/08: performances began from 9.30am and ran til 2am (with workshops with the artists held throughout the day).

Sunday 10/2/08: performances began from 10am and ran til 2am.

Monday 11/2/08: the 'die-hards' breakfast and farewells til next year (9am to 11am)

An open mic ran at the Goulburn Club from Friday through to Sunday with the traditional All Star Pro-Jam of Festival artists commencing at 11pm on Sunday night at the Goulburn Workers Club. The popular Youth in Blues Jam was again a major highlight, led by Festival Ambassador Adam Eckersley, on Sunday morning from 10am.

The free entertainment in Belmore Park and markets were held on Saturday.

A 'meet and greet' breakfast forum for blues societies and clubs, and a variety of workshops was held on Saturday morning.

Additional performances ran again on the weekend BEFORE the festival. They were:

1) Brian Fraser with special guest Mick Reid on Saturday 2nd February at Lerida Estate Winery.

2) Also on Saturday 2nd Feb, Exeter Groove performing at the Meeridian Cafe in Marulan at dinnertime.

Substitutions for Wards Xpress & Ross Ward solo on the program:

Mojo Webb & Band appeared at midnight on Friday night at the Bowling Club (in addition to their advertised Saturday & Sunday spots) and Jonno Zilber performed solo on Saturday morning at 11.30am in the Tatts Beer Garden (in addition to his appearance with the Young Guns).
