Kate Meehan has been a festival favourite here in Goulburn over the years appearing in 2000, 2005 and 2006.

Following her Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society 'VICTAS' award for Female Vocalist of the Year, Australia's Queen of Blues will return in 2008 with 'The Accoutremen': Skip Landy - her King of Boogie Woogie Piano (ex-ACT), Neil Boland (ex-Goulburn) on guitar, Goulburn's own Ron Mclaughlin on bass and Sydney-based Jeff Cripps on drums and Stephen O'Connell on Saxophone.

Kate Meehan is the winner of the 2007 Victorian/Tasmanian Blues Music Awards for Female Artist of the Year.
